  • a group of people standing in front of a sign
    Annie Spratt

    Example

    Festival entrance and arena stewarding

A busy outdoor festival needed steady hands at the gates and around the arena. Our stewards managed queues, checked wristbands and kept walkways clear on every shift, working to the organiser's site plan.

  • brown and white plastic crates on white metal rack
    卓倩 李

    Example

    In-store drinks sampling weekend

A drinks brand wanted shoppers to try a new flavour in store. Our sampling crew ran the stand, poured samples, shared the key message and noted shopper feedback for the brand.

  • person holding pliers
    Kevin Grieve

    Example

Flyer drop for a new opening

A new café wanted people nearby to know it was opening. Street teams handed out vouchers in busy spots, and door-to-door crews leafleted surrounding streets on routes agreed in advance.

  • Example

    Brand launch with promo staff

A brand launching a new product wanted a lively stand that people would stop at. Promo staff in branded kit ran demos, collected sign-ups and handed out merch throughout the activation.

Pop Teams puts friendly, briefed people at the heart of events and campaigns. We supply event staff, stewards, sampling crews, flyer teams and promo staff for organisers, venues and brands. Every booking starts with a clear brief, so the crew knows the plan, the message and who to ask before they arrive. On the day they bring energy, smiles and a steady hand. Afterwards we check in to hear how it went. From a big festival to one busy Saturday stand, we build the crew to fit.

Why us

  • Briefed before the doors open

Every crew member gets a written brief with timings, key messages, dress code and contacts. They turn up ready to help instead of asking what to do.

  • One crew, five jobs

Staffing, stewarding, sampling, flyering and promotions all come from one team. A single booking can cover your entrance, your stand and your street teams.

  • Energy that suits your brand

We match crews to the feel of your event, from loud, playful festival stands to calm, polite help at a busy venue entrance.

  • Plans confirmed in writing

Roles, shifts, numbers and timings are agreed in writing before the day. A crew lead keeps in touch with your contact while the event runs.

Who we help

  • Event and festival organisers

Organisers need reliable staff and stewards who manage entrances and queues and keep crowds moving safely through a busy day.

  • Brands launching new products

Brands need friendly, energetic promoters who get samples into hands and start conversations at launches, stands and pop-ups.

  • Shops and local businesses

Local businesses need flyer drops and street promotions that put their offer in front of nearby customers.

  • Agencies running live campaigns

Agencies need a briefed, presentable crew that delivers their client's campaign on the ground exactly as planned.

How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us the plan

Share your event, campaign or flyer drop with us. Include the dates, the kind of location, the roles you need and the feel you are going for.

  2. 2

    Get your crew lined up

We put together the right people for the job and agree shifts, positions and numbers with you.

  3. 3

    Brief and confirm

You receive the confirmed plan in writing, and every crew member gets a brief with timings, messages and contacts.

  4. 4

    Show day and wrap-up

The crew arrives ready, a crew lead keeps you updated, and afterwards we share how it went and what people said.

What we stand for

  1. 01

    Loud when it counts

Our promoters bring real energy to sampling stands and street promotions, so people stop, smile and take what you are handing out.

  2. 02

    Briefed before the doors

Every team member knows their position, their script and their contact person before the event starts. That means fewer questions and fewer gaps on the day.

  3. 03

    Crowds kept calm

Our stewards watch queues, entrances and busy spots closely. Your guests move safely and feel looked after.

  4. 04

    Your brand, our voice

We speak your message in your words and wear the kit you choose. To your customers, our team looks like your team.

Questions

What kinds of events and campaigns do you staff?

We cover festivals, conferences, venue events, brand launches, roadshows, in-store sampling and street campaigns. If your plan needs friendly people to welcome, guide, sample, flyer or promote, we can put a crew together for it.

How do I book a crew?

Call or email us with your dates, the type of event and the roles you need. We talk it through with you, suggest a crew setup and confirm the plan in writing before anything is booked in.

What should I have ready before I get in touch?

Have your dates, the kind of location, rough guest or shopper numbers and the roles you want covered. A site map, brand guidelines or key messages help too, but we can work these out together.

Can the crew wear our branded clothing?

Yes. Send us your branded kit or dress code and we include it in the crew brief. We confirm sizes and arrangements with you in advance so everyone arrives looking the part.

How far ahead should I book?

The earlier the better, especially for larger crews or busy weekends. Tell us your dates as soon as you have them and we will let you know what is possible and what we need from you.
