Event Staffing

We supply event staff who know their role before the doors open. That covers registration desks, wristband checks, cloakrooms, info points, runners and hospitality support. Each person gets a written brief with timings, key messages, dress code and who to report to on the day. Your guests meet someone who can actually help.

It starts with a short chat about your event, the shifts and the roles you need. We put the crew together, send you the rota and confirm the details in writing. On the day, a crew lead keeps in touch with your contact. Afterwards we check in on what went well and what to change next time.
