Event Stewarding

Our stewards help people get where they need to be. They manage queues, direct foot traffic, watch entrances and exits, keep walkways clear and answer the many small questions guests ask. They work to your event plan and site layout. Everyone knows their position, their shift and who to call when something needs attention.

We start with your site map, expected numbers and event plan. Then we agree positions, shift patterns and briefing points with you, and share them in writing before the day. Stewards arrive for a pre-event briefing. Our crew lead stays in contact with your event manager throughout, so changes are handled quickly and calmly.
